We have very exciting news to share!
Annese has been acquired by ConvergeOne due to our impressive 47 years of expertise, relationships, and innovation in the IT space, and strong presence in New York and the Northeast.
Annese's founder, Frank J. Annese, once said, “Products will come and go, but people will continue to do business with people.” Annese established a strategic plan focusing on growth for our business, customers, and employees to continue to position Annese as the industry thought-leader in our core practice areas and new emerging markets of cloud and security.
After careful consideration, the owners felt it was the right time to seek opportunities to invest in the company, transition ownership, and best position our employees and customers for the next wave of technology ahead. After meeting the ConvergeOne leadership team, the Annese family agreed that they are the type of company that shares the principles Annese & Associates, Inc. was founded on some 47 years ago, with an equally impressive NPS score of 61 and complimentary resources to enable Annese to continue to execute its strategic plan.
Why did ConvergeOne acquire Annese?
ConvergeOne acquired Annese based on our Northeast solutions integrator presence and strong partner portfolio touting Cisco, NetApp, AWS, and HPE. Backed by our four decades of expertise and relationships, Annese brings SLED market share to ConvergeOne, as well as depth of solution and service capabilities in Data Center Virtualization, Mobility, Security, Cloud, Managed, and Professional Services. This acquisition will provide a strong fit within ConvergeOne Solutions and demonstrates continued execution of ConvergeOne’s ongoing business strategy.

Through its best-of-breed Professional Services, ConvergeOne can facilitate everything from system design and installment to application development and infrastructure. Its industry-leading Managed Services experts provide ongoing support for contact centers, collaboration, data centers, networking, and security.
Does this affect Annese leadership and organization?
No. Ray Apy is still the leader of the organization and will report to Paul Maier, President and CEO, Solutions. Ray will continue to lead Annese as the Senior Vice President of Annese, a ConvergeOne Company, and the leadership team will remain in place comprised of Jeff Fasoldt leading finance, Phil Yawman as SVP of Sales and Marketing, Jamie Aiello as VP of Services, and Merry Bhattacharjee as Director of HR.
What are the names and titles of key ConvergeOne executives?
ConvergeOne is comprised of two divisions under the ConvergeOne name. The Enterprise division has its legacy and strength from the Avaya portfolio, while the Solutions division focuses on growth enabled by the Cisco-based solution portfolio. Annese will become part of the Solutions division.

How will this affect our customers?
As part of a much larger company, Annese employees can offer our customers more expertise, more flexibility, and more choices through ConvergeOne’s nationwide market presence, a strategically growing portfolio of services capabilities, and a shared vision for IT-focused business solutions. Uniting with ConvergeOne will enable Annese to further elevate our technology knowledge and expertise providing our customers with

enhanced Managed Services support with ConvergeOne’s three additional NOC’s throughout the US,
best-of-breed Professional Services they’ve come to expect from Annese with additional system design and application development capabilities, and
a continued personal approach to business they’ve come to expect from their Annese representatives.
Annese remains committed to customer satisfaction and shares the same principle mission, vision, and values of ConvergeOne.
How long will integration take?
Ray will continue to lead the Annese team, and we anticipate minimal changes to the team structures and business operations in the near term, allowing the teams an opportunity to familiarize each organization’s business models. At the appropriate time, we will identify a cross-functional team from both ConvergeOne and Annese to focus on identifying best practices, business applications, and the ideal way of working to maximize our collective synergies.
What will happen with the company name and logo?
Annese & Associates, Inc. is now “Annese, a ConvergeOne Company,” and will fully transition to ConvergeOne over time.
When will Annese customers be able to leverage the full solution, service, and manufacturer portfolio that ConvergeOne offers?
Our teams will work collectively over the next few months to integrate the necessary sales, service, and operations functions to enable Annese to effectively sell, service, and quote the entire ConvergeOne portfolio. Further communications will be made as this process evolves.

We are committed to making this a smooth transition over the coming months and we will continue to deliver the same level of quality and expertise you’ve come to expect from us over the last 47 years.
