Annese Expands Service Department and Welcomes New Network Engineer to the Team

Herkimer, N.Y., May 14, 2010—Annese & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Hesham Sayed has recently joined the company as the new Network Engineer working out of the Syracuse office. He will be reporting to Regional Engineering Manager, Julia MacMurray.

Hesham comes to Annese from Shoregroup, Inc., where he worked as a Network Support Engineer. In addition to receiving a Master of Science degree from Syracuse University in Telecommunications and Network Management, Hesham has also achieved his Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP) certifications. 

Annese is excited about the continued growth and direction of the company for 2010. Regional Engineering Manager, Julia MacMurray, comments on Hesham’s addition to the group; “We’re very excited to have Hesham on-board, and confident that he’ll make significant contributions to the Annese engineering team.” 

Vice President of Human Resources, Francine Apy, reflects upon the bright future of Annese; “With the growth of the company over the last 12 months, new employees have been added to our team and we have expanded our territory into New York City, and further into New England, while also creating a new practice around Data Center. Looking toward the future, our goal is to take the company to the next level of organizational capacity and capability, and ensure ongoing business success.” 

Hesham is looking forward to embarking upon his career at the family-owned business that is celebrating its 40th year in business this year. “I am very excited to join Annese and look forward to being part of the continued success of the company.”
