Annese Begins the New Year with New Management Positions
Herkimer, N.Y., January 2010—Annese & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Vice President of Operations, Joseph LoRe, has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Joe has been with the company for 23 years.

During 2009, Joe completed extensive training in advanced corporate financial management, from which he immediately implemented strategic concepts geared towards best practices in the company’s cash flow, banking, credit, accounting and reporting. His knowledge and experience have been immeasurable to the overall success of the operations department and company at large, as he has demonstrated his qualification to seamlessly transition into this newly appointed position.

“Even though the economy in 2009 proved to be a difficult one, our company has had great success in achieving its revenue goals for the year,” Joe comments. “In 2010, our strategic growth plan is intimately tied to the company’s financial strategy, which includes financial forecasting and the analysis of this data. Being diligent with this concept along with the overall strategic business plan, it will assist in our growth and success in the coming year(s). I personally look forward to being part of this organization’s growth and success as we elevate this company to another level.”

Also effective immediately, Marketing Associate, Kara Chase, has been promoted to the position of Marketing Manager. She will now report directly to the company’s President and CEO, Ray Apy.

Kara is beginning her fourth year with Annese and has been instrumental in the strategic growth of the marketing department. She has demonstrated her leadership ability by managing the department as well as fostering a marketing internship program which has provided college students the opportunity to learn what it is like working within the IT industry.

Kara’s role within the company is to assist the sales force while heading up corporate marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. Recently appointed to the Business Development team last year, Kara provides market research and awareness plans to promote new product and service launches.

“I welcome my new role within the organization,” Kara says, “and am honored to lead the Annese marketing and communications initiatives. As 2010 begins, our 40th year in business, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, and look forward to continued success and a monumental year to come.”

With a five-year Strategic Plan for growth and scalability firmly in place, the company is positioned for ongoing business success as they begin expanding their reach into new markets, territories, and service offerings.
