Annese's Remote Managed Service Department Grows with Second Shift Monitoring Engineer Added to the Team

Herkimer, N.Y., August 2009—Annese & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Matthew Bollow has recently joined the company as the second shift ARMS (Annese Remote Managed Services) Monitoring Engineer out of the Albany office. Matthew comes to Annese from Community Care Physicians, where he most recently worked as a Field Engineer. His addition to the engineering department will be instrumental in Annese’s staging program and will help to better meet customer demand. Matthew will report to ARMS coordinator Bill Leinauer out of Syracuse.

ARMS was created to help enhance customers’ network investment and ensure their infrastructure is working to its full capacity. The service provides customized monitoring services in the event that an error should occur. ARMS works to anticipate or identify communication network issues before they become a problem, offering proactive, daily network management to reduce security threats and invasions, streamline network traffic, maximize availability, reduce staff training requirements and overhead, and provide a better overall user experience.

Annese is excited about the continued growth and direction of the company for 2009. Vice president of human resources, Francine Apy, comments on the bright future of Annese, “With the growth of the company over the last 12 months, 20 new employees have been added to our team. The process of aligning the right people in the right positions allowed us to create our 3 to 5-year Strategic Plan for growth.
