Vacation and Holidays:
Employees receive eight paid holidays, along with 16 vacation days during their first full year of employment. Additional vacation days are accrued based on your length of service under our Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy.
In the spirit of employee well-being, Annese has instituted a dedicated program among the offices to provide both physical and financial wellness advocacy. Wellness Wednesday seminars are held in the offices on various topics as well as local and regional charities and events.
Annese offers a comprehensive medical plan. The full cost for this coverage is paid by the company, offering not only single, but family coverage.
Pre-tax dollars can be directed into an account to cover certain healthcare or dependent care costs incurred by you and/or your family.
Annese offers a high-quality dental care plan provided by Guardian. The company pays the full cost of this plan with options for single or complete family coverage.
Employee Assistance Program:
All employees and their dependents are eligible to seek professional services provided by this program to assist with personal problems. Three confidential face-to-face visits with a local professional are included with this benefit at no cost.
Annese provides basic Life/Accidental Death & Disability coverage for all full-time employees up to 2x your salary, up to $200,000. As an employee of Annese, you are automatically enrolled in both short- and long-term disability coverage.
Annese offers employees participation in a 401(k) savings plan that provides a 100% match for your first 6% pre-tax pay contributions after 90 days of employment.
After one full year of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the Profit Sharing retirement plan. Each year, Annese will contribute up to 8.5% of your salary to the plan based on profitability.
