  • Staging and Integration- to ensure timely and project driven installation, Annese will stage your project hardware and begin integration into your network.
  • On-Site Maintenance- Annese maintenance is best-in-class with its Electronic Help Desk.  After installation is complete, should a problem arise, our e-help desk and dispatch process makes problem reporting and resolution easy and efficient.  
  • Remote Managed Services (ARMS)- Annese remote maintenance anticipates and identifies communication network issues often before they become a problem, limiting user impacting issues.
  • Training- end-users will lean and understand the applications and features specific to their phone.  Sessions can be based on user group, phone sets, or one-on-one, all resulting in high-level user understanding.
