On-Site Maintenance
Annese maintenance is best-in-class with its Electronic Help Desk (e-help desk). After installation is complete, should a problem arise, our e-help desk and dispatch process makes problem reporting and resolution extremely easy and efficient.
Annese pre-loads, into the e-help desk portal, all your maintenance contract information such as locations, contacts, types of equipment, and equipment serial numbers. When a trouble ticket needs to be created, a maintenance client simply visits our website, www.annese.com and logs into the e-help desk. When the trouble ticket has been submitted, an auto confirmation e-mail is sent to you and the ticket is assigned to an Annese Network Engineer.
Remote Managed Services
Annese Remote Managed Services (ARMS) works to anticipate or identify communication
network issues before they become a problem. Our optimization and assurance services offer proactive management and maintenance, minimizing user impacting issues. In the event an error occurs, Annese will manage and mitigate the situation. Based on your business’s requirements, ARMS services are available 24x7, next business day, or next business visit.
