Annese offers a comprehensive medical plan. Full Cost for this coverage is paid by the company, offering not only single, but family coverage.

Dental Program
Annese offers a dental plan to provide high quality dental care provided by Guardian. Full cost for this plan is also provided by the company with options for single or complete family coverage. 

Employee Assistance Program
All employees and their dependents are eligible to seek the professional services provided by this program when confronted with personal problems. These services are strictly confidential. Three face-to-face visits are included with this benefit.

Life Insurance
Annese provides basic life/AD&D coverage for all full-time employees up to 2x your salary, up to $200,000.00. As an employee of Annese, you are automatically enrolled in both short and long-term disability.
